• 3D/4D Ultrasound for Baby Girl at 30 Weeks at Stork Vision Bozeman

First off, can I say how thankful I am for elective ultrasounds! Without them, we would have only gotten three (I had an extra one in the beginning to confirm my due date) throughout the whole pregnancy. That may seem like enough, but with it being my first pregnancy, I just LOVE seeing how much she has grown and changed over the weeks/months, and the 3D/4D ultrasound shows so much detail — it’s insane! Funny story about scheduling this… I called in November to take advantage of a Black Friday special they were having. Yep, I was only like 10 weeks pregnant! šŸ˜‚ So when I asked about scheduling and…

  • First Month Blogging Report – February 2019

  • 10 TV Shows You Should Binge Watch Right Now

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been a pretty big TV person. I love finding new movies and shows to binge watch. In college, most of my Sundays were spent in bed doing just this. Once we moved to New York, I didn’t get to binge watch too many shows because I had a full-time job. And on the weekends, we would either be out enjoying ourselves, or at the apartment together. My husband doesn’t share my love of Netflix and all things binge-worthy, but he will sit down for a series he’s interested in. Lucky for me, I work from home (haha, I can’t really say that…

  • Pregnancy Workouts, Cravings and More!

As I write this, I’m officially 21 weeks pregnant! I really don’t know where the time went and how it has gone by so fast! As we’ve crossed over the halfway mark though, I wanted to share what I’ve been doing for workouts and a little bit of what I’ve been eating and craving so far. A Little Background To start off, I’m going to be completely honest. For as long as I can remember, I have been terrified (T-E-R-R-I-F-I-E-D) of what pregnancy was going to do to my body. I’ve spent my entire adult life on some sort of health and fitness journey. Always trying to lose those “last…

  • First Trimester Recap – Looking Back on the Early Days of Pregnancy

I’m a little behind here and have to think back to the first trimester, which now seems so long ago! Funny how at one point, I thought it was an eternity until the second trimester. If you’re just catching up, you can read all about how we found out we’re expecting, about my first appointments and finding out if baby is a boy or girl! Early in the First Trimester If you’ve been reading along, you may have noticed that I found out I was pregnant SUPERRRR early, like 3.5 weeks. I didn’t even think that was possible! Although my period was late and tests the week before came back…

  • Baby Girl or Baby Boy? Finding Out What We’re Having!

After our second ultrasound, we decided to go ahead and do the elective genetic testing that the hospital offered. This would also tell us if baby was a boy or girl. I had no idea you could find out that early, I always thought it was around 15-20 weeks when you could find out, so I was excited about that! And actually, you can even find out as early as 9 weeks now…CRAZY! As much as I wish we could have waited to find out, I wanted to be able to decorate the nursery and not have to buy all gender neutral clothing. I felt like we would be better…

  • Meal Prep

Meal Prep How To for Beginners – Easy Mini Meal Prep For Anyone!

When I lived in New York, I was really good at doing meal prep pretty often. Although I had a full-time job, I tried my best to do some sort of prep on Sundays so I wouldn’t eat a bunch of junk at the office. Funny how I made more time for it back then when I had WAY less time to do so! Since we’ve moved to Montana, I’ve worked from home, so it’s a lot easier for me to make healthy meals from home.  But I still like having healthy meals and/or snacks on hand so that I’m not spending extra time in the kitchen during the week!…
